We currently do not offer refunds on any items. However, we gladly accept returns for store credit if applicable/acceptable.

  • Store credit can be used to repurchase any item on our site, including exchanges.
  • Our store credit does not expire.

Return/Exchange/Store Credit Policy

To initiate a return for exchange or store credit, please contact DUCHESSLUXFIT.COM within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  • DO NOT ship your item to any address other than the one provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We ship from Houston, Texas.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • Unused
  • All original tags attached

Any items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and shipped back to you.
